Cancellation Policy: 

• Short-term Rental-  30+ days prior to check-in date for full refund; 15+ days prior to check-in date 50% refund; 15 days or less to check-in date, the renter is responsible for fulfillment of all terms of contract.
• Snowbird Rental- 60+ days prior to check-in date for full refund of deposit
