• Contract terms must be paid in full 60+ days prior to check-in date
• Renter assumes All responsibilities for the safety and wellbeing of each person during rental
• Smoking of any kind is Not allowed      
• Parties/Events are Not allowed
• Pet allowed only with Prior approval and per contract terms
  
  

Payments: 

Payment via Zelle. Rental must be Paid in Full 30+ days prior to check in.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Short-term Rental-  30+ days prior to check-in date for full refund; 15+ days prior to check-in date 50% refund; 15 days or less to check-in date, the renter is responsible for fulfillment of all terms of contract.
• Snowbird Rental- 75+ days prior to check-in date for full refund; 15+ days prior to check-in date 50% refund; 15 days or less to check-in date, the renter is responsible for fulfillment of all terms of contract.
